Chocolate Cafe
A complete redevelopment of the cafe in Peebles for Ruth Hinks – Award winning Chocolatier and TV celebrity.
The project brief was for a design with clean lines and which displayed Ruth’s fabulous chocolate and patisserie creations.
Pure Padel
A modern Pure Padel sports club Cafe, designed for use by club members and passing trade, complete with viewing balcony on the mezzanine above.
Brand development
From a clean page, David Kaye created the Caffe Ritazza brand concept for the Compass Group.
Such was its success, that David was tasked with the design roll-out of the brand internationally at airports and railway station sites, from UK & Ireland to Scandinavia, Middle East and North America.
